How to Build Endurance in 5 Steps

Here are 5 steps that will help you to build endurance/strength in whatever physical or sports activity that you are associated to. I'm currently loosing belly fats by jogging/running and by following those steps, it gradually build my endurance in just 3 weeks. Now I can feel the love of running, I'm much lighter now, more energy and no more joint pains.
